Friday: 07:30 – 15:30

What payment options do you accept?
Accepted Payments: We accept Instant EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and Cash.
Collection & Order Policy: A deposit is required before ordering specialized replacement components (such as LCD panels or OEM batteries), and full payment must clear prior to the release or collection of any repaired equipment.
Hardware Diagnostics & Repair Policies
How does your diagnostic process work?
We do not guess or swap parts blindly. Every laptop or desktop brought into our workshop undergoes a systematic hardware diagnostic test first. Once we isolate the exact fault, we provide a clear breakdown of what is required—or issue a formal Beyond Economic Repair (BER) / insurance damage report if replacing the unit makes more financial sense than fixing it.
Do you do motherboard / board-level repairs?
No. We do not perform micro-soldering or board-level repairs as it is no longer economically or technically feasible on modern hardware. Modern multi-layer motherboards bury microscopic conductive tracks inside internal board layers that cannot be reliably accessed or repaired, and replacement proprietary IC chips are often locked or unavailable. Even when a temporary board patch works, cascading component failures remain common. If a motherboard is dead, we recommend full board replacement (if economical) or data recovery toward a new system.
What should I do if my laptop has water or liquid damage?
Bring it in immediately—do not wait, do not plug in the charger, and do not try to turn it on.
Leaving a liquid-damaged laptop sitting for more than a week allows galvanic corrosion and oxidation to eat through internal connectors, ribbon cables, and motherboard components—which will almost certainly turn the laptop into an unrepairable paperweight.
If brought in immediately, we can strip the unit, chemically clean the affected areas, assess component survival, and prioritize saving your data.
Can you source replacement parts for laptops older than 2015?
Parts for laptops manufactured prior to 2015 are becoming extremely difficult to source as manufacturers have discontinued production.
While we can check international suppliers for legacy components, if a part can still be found, please expect an estimated waiting period of up to two (2) months for international shipping and customs clearance.
In many cases, investing in a modern upgrade is more cost-effective than waiting on legacy parts.
Do you repair or service printers?
No, we do not repair or mechanically service broken printers (such as fixing paper feed rollers, fuser units, or printheads).
What we DO offer: We professionally install, configure, network, and manage small home-office printers as well as large commercial/networked multifunction printers—ensuring seamless Wi-Fi/LAN printing, static IP configuration, scan-to-email/folder setups, and driver deployment across Windows and Linux systems.
Component Warranties
What warranty do you offer on replacement LCD screens, batteries, and chargers?
All replacement parts must be fitted or verified by our workshop and exclude physical damage, power surges, or liquid ingress:
Replacement Laptop LCD Screens: Covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects (dead pixels, backlight failure, or internal signal faults; excludes cracks or physical pressure damage).
Original (OEM) Batteries & Chargers: Covered by a 1- to 2-year warranty, depending on the specific manufacturer’s terms (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Apple, etc.).
Generic / Aftermarket Batteries: Covered by a 3-month warranty.
