Operating Hours & Drop-Off Policy
To guarantee systematic evaluation and prevent unnecessary waiting times, all hardware drop-offs, collections, and consultations are strictly by appointment.
Standard Operating Hours: Monday – Thursdays: 07:30 AM – 17:00 PM (Closed on Saturdays and Public Holidays).
Standard Operating Hours: Friday 07:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Standard Operating Hours: Sunday 09:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Morning Drop-Offs: Scheduled appointments between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM receive priority processing for next-day service (subject to parts availability).
Commercial Call-Outs: On-site networking, CCTV, and IT support visits are scheduled directly with our technical team based on your business requirements.

Important Service Reminders
Diagnostics First: We perform thorough hardware testing before quoting for replacement parts to ensure exact technical reporting.
Payment Terms: Invoices must be settled within one business day. No hardware or repaired devices will be released until full EFT payment has cleared our bank account.
On-Site Rates: Call-outs are billed at R1,430 for the first hour (includes a R550 call-out fee and R880 labor). Workshop labor is R780 per hour.
