    If you need professional assistance with your MacBook, desktop, laptop, or computer for repairs, data recovery, upgrades, or hard drive cloning, you’re welcome to arrange a device drop-off at our location.

    Important:
    Please arrange drop-off times before arriving. Same-day service applies only to devices dropped off before 11 AM, depending on workload and repair type.

    Drop-Off Instructions:

    Device Drop-Offs:
    For MacBooks, desktops, laptops, computers, and external hard drives for repair, upgrade, data recovery, or cloning.

    Drop-Off Times:
    Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for next-day service where possible.

    Devices dropped off after 11:00 AM will be assessed and queued for service on the following business day.

    By Appointment Only:
    Please book your drop-off time in advance to ensure smooth service.
